Your Focus Plan

Four lanes. One rule: protect the mortgage income first, build everything else inside the time that's left. Here is what runs, what you own, and when to do which.

Today's Calls

Your call sheet is live and loaded. This is your highest-value window — calls go first, in your quiet 8:15–2:30 block, before anything else gets your attention.

Commander — Realtor list
Open your call sheet
40 agents, scripts ready, tap to call or text from your own number
Equity outreach — Past borrowers
Equity dial sheet
394 people, Tier A through D, scripts by rate band — PIN 2288

Dials floor is 9:00am — realtors do not answer before then. Five calls beats zero. When the kids are home, the call window is gone for the day — do not carry it over, it will not happen. Book it for tomorrow's quiet window instead.

Your Four Lanes

These are the only things running right now. Everything else is on hold until one of these finishes or she says otherwise.

Mortgage Business Active — money lane

This is the paycheck. It is protected first, before the venture, before the rollout, before anything. Marketing is running on a schedule — Willis owns the blog, social, and equity outreach automation. Your job in this lane is calls and pipeline.

What you own: the daily call block + replies to warm leads. What needs attention: tell Willis the 2–3 marketing jobs you want permanently off your plate.

Credit Product Rollout Building

The credit service is live and your team wants it. The rollout to all CLEAR employees is the project — not building more, running what exists and getting people using it.

Next step: Willis pulls together what "up and running + team rollout" actually takes as a sequenced plan. You review and greenlight the order.

After-School Venture (D9 / SIC) Building

The business plan and site work is happening at the Haut Gap door in Claude Code. This lane is boxed to kid-time and evenings — it cannot raid mortgage hours. It does not have a hard launch date yet.

What you own: building at the Haut Gap door. What Willis tracks: progress via STATUS.md so the two never lose sync.

Products to Market Scoping

Two ideas, both real, neither started yet as a product. The call sheet toolkit already has a full business plan, naming research, and a live name vote. The Soccerween form already exists in your soccer repo.

Call toolkit names (top 3): Warmbell, Warmdeck, Tapwarm. Name vote: christa-vote.pages.dev. Blocker: your CLEAR employment papers go to an attorney before any LLC or trademark filing.

When to Do Which

Your scarcest resource is not time — it is a quiet room. Match every task to the window that actually fits it.

8:15am – 2:30pm, kid-free
Lead with calls. This is the only window where calling is possible. Do it first — building, planning, and answering messages can happen anytime; calls cannot.
Bounded is better: "15 calls before lunch" beats "I'll call all day," which is where reluctance wins.
Driving — to your mom's, school run, anywhere
Bonus call time. Follow-ups, realtor touches, quick check-ins. Calls you would dread at a desk are easier rolling.
Hands-free only. Voice memo debrief when you get there so nothing is lost.
Kids home / evenings
Build, don't call. Venture work, marketing ideas, product research, the two ideas to scope. Everything that does not need quiet and does not involve a realtor on the other end.
This is not "lost time" — it is when Lane 3 and Lane 4 get built. The mortgage lane is closed for the day, and that is correct.

What Willis Runs — No Action Needed

These are running on schedule. You do not need to push them. They keep your mortgage presence out there even on days you are buried in the venture.

Blog pipeline — 3 sites
Personal site (Mon 9am), CLEAR corporate (Mon 10am), J&P (Wed 9am). A guard checks that something is staged one hour before each publish window and texts you if the slot is empty.
Morning brief — Mon–Fri 7am
Delivered to your work email with a printable PDF. Sales first, then calendar, then pipeline, then open asks. It runs even when you are not messaging me.
GBP post watch
Checks every Google Business Profile post after its scheduled moment. If anything fails to publish, you get the words in a tap-to-copy block to paste into the Google app — no rewriting, just paste.
Build fuel watch
Tracks Anthropic usage every 10 minutes and texts you before the account runs dry. Runs even when I am rate-limited.
Haut Gap change watch
Monitors admin "request a change" notes on the SIC site. After a 3-minute quiet window it starts a build job automatically and texts you if it cannot resolve the change in two tries.
Weekly backup — 2pm daily
Every repo backed up to GitHub. Texts you if the backup fails.

What Needs You Right Now

These are the three things only you can unlock. Everything else is either running or waiting on these.

Your CLEAR employment papers — the product launch is blocked on this
The attorney needs your offer letter, compensation plan, and outside-activity clause before you can file the LLC or the trademark for Warmbell / the call toolkit. This is the single thing that opens every other product step.
The 2–3 mortgage marketing jobs you want off your plate
Once you name them, Willis takes them permanently. Social posting? Realtor follow-up emails? Blog topics? Just tell me which ones and they move off your list for good.
Your CLEAR pipeline update — 2–3 lines per open file
The morning brief's Sales section shows names and dates but no read on anyone. A quick status per file (borrower, next step, what's blocking) turns it from a list into an actual sales tool. Takes 10 minutes, then Willis keeps it current.

The Call Toolkit Standard

Every call sheet built from now on runs through the same kit. This is what makes it a product — not one good sheet, but one standard that only gets better.

The standard is callsheet-kit/build.js — one script that takes a campaign config file and a password and builds the call sheet. Every future campaign runs through it and inherits every improvement automatically.

What every sheet includes:

People in the right order
Warmest first — Tier A through D, with the relationship type that determines how you open
Script by context
The right opener auto-selects per person — rate band, relationship tier, campaign type. You never read the wrong script to the wrong person.
One-tap outcome logging
TALK · TEXT · VM · LEAD — posts back to Willis and to GHL. Paper sheet is backup; digital taps are source of truth.
Calling hours enforced per person
8am–9pm on their local clock. 103 area codes, ~20 Mountain/Pacific. The call button disables outside the window for that person — no accidental after-hours calls.
PIN gated, never public
Every sheet is password-protected. Cell numbers never sit exposed on a public page.

Product name candidates (vote open)

Warmbell
Top pick — no conflicts, .ai domain open. "Ring the warm ones first." Your votes are in at christa-vote.pages.dev.
Warmdeck
Card-deck metaphor, ties to the swipe-through. No conflicts, .ai open. "Deal yourself a better day."
Tapwarm
Verb-first action brand. No conflicts, .ai open. "One tap. Warm people. Every day."
